T-Mobile Wing Dump

This has probably been answered somewhere already, but I need a little help. I want to try some different ROMs on my Wing, but I have no way to back out changes. Does anyone have a full procedure for dumping everything on the phone and then restoring it back? I've seen many people comment on aWizard and Imgfstools which I have tried with no success. aWizard seems to be the easiest to use, however I can only dump my OS and the ExtROM successfully. I don't get a Radio ROM, or any splash screens, etc. Also with ImgfsTools it seems like it's always looking for an input file, but I need it to generate output, I have no input files to give it. I wish T-Mobile would just released the RUU updater with the stock version of the ROM that comes on the Wing, sure would make things easier.

Yeah, it would. Actually that's what most of us are waiting for. And if you didn't wait, those of us with bricked phones are really waiting for it! :(
