Hi, a quick question regarding SPL.
I understood that it contains the s-on / s-off feature. If so, can the SPL be rewritten / patched? What programs could be used for this?

could someone post more technical data on IPL/SPL such as generalised internal structure. hex header. etc. how exactly it works?
