Prep for warranty return

I have been running faria's WM6 (real thing) ROM for a couple of months now on my 8125 G4. The phone is not unlocked.

In the event that I want to send my phone in to Cingular for replacement under warranty, how can I put it back to a factory state? Can someone confirm that it's safe to use the ROM flash from the HTC website? Or is there a better process to use?

FYI - I have searched the forums for this and have come up empty.

Cingular has factory ROM, you should use that.

As soon as you are using the original RUU with the download, you won't brick your Wizard because the RUU is CID protected so it will not flash if it is not for your 8125.
