Need Help for T-Moblie Data

I have Tzones and was following steps to set the proxy for TZONE on my new WING. But some how by mistake I remove the already set 'T-MOBILE Data' from my connections.

Now I only have my own setting for wap which I created for TZONE. How do I get the T-Mobile Data settings?

So when I go to
Start->Settings->Connections Tab->Connections Icon->Advanced Tab->Select Networks
I don't see "My work Network" on top one. I only see the new proxy i set 'wap' there.

Also When I go to PIE->Options, I dont see connection where I can select my proxy.

One more question, If I use WIFI to connect my own router, does T-Mobile charge for it?

In WIFI Settings, what should I select? "The Internet" or "Work". What is the difference between this two?
