O2 profile

Hi Guys...
How can i invoke the O2 profile?
I realise there is no .exe or lnk file.
This can only be invoke when i click on the profile
which is selected to be display on the today screen.
I do not wish to select the o2 profile in the today screen.
I want to create an icon/ button that i can link to invoke this.
Any idea?
Please help....
