HElp htc universal only saying Serial v0.60

I tried upgrading my htc to pdaviet, and i taped a file then just changed to serial and v0.60. I tried doing a hard reset and taking the battery out. I dont know what to do anymore. Please help.

You need to upgrade your bootloader. v0.60 does not support WM6.
