Please Help !!!!! , No Sound from Speaker & No Notification Sounds

Hi Everyone

Hi my phones sound has gone. I cant use phonespeaker and Microphone during a phone conversation. There is no sound from speakers when media playing and notifications, warnings. The interesting thing is its ringing when an incoming call comes. I have tried doing hard reset with no succuss

Can anyone please help me, thanks in advance

Try putting some compressed air or similar through your headphone jack.

again, it is the headphone speaker plug. try plugging the headset in and out a few times. it might work again. you will need to send it in for repair...
