TYTN SplashScreen Help!

Hi,
I have flashed ROM of my VPA compact III successfully, from WM5 to WM6 Professional with great help from this excellent forum, but now I do not succeed to change the splashscreen.
I have tried a some times but there are same problem of bootloader.
The .exe that I had tried generates same error of ROM update.
Where I can find a .exe that work on boot 1.09?

This is what I've used since trying out Black Satin (great ROM but wanted to change splashscreens).

Naturally, even though I used it fine, I recommend that nobody uses it and certify it's bound to turn anyone else's phone but mine into a brick.

Welcomehead file goes in Windows.
