video communication possibilities

Hi,

it's been a while that I use Hermes but I still couldn't find any video communication possibility other than 3G video.

What I am looking for is something which would work on wifi and/or gprs.
Best would be some sip client which supports video.
But I would also be very glad to have standart msn video connection.

is there any possibilities that I've missed ?

I know this but it's not a direct solution.
it requires both parties to install MS portrait, (even the PC user)
not standart...
