Voicemail icon problem on WM6

Running on T-mobile. When under WM5, I can click on the voicemail icon at the top of the screen to bring up the voicemail notification. Now under WM6, clicking on the icon has no effect. The same goes with the triangular icon which allows you to shutdown the phone.

Anyone encounter the same problem?
