sounds cab file?

Hi guys, im looking for the cab file that fixes the issue of no sounds on certian tasks which sould have sounds, such as clicking on start..
any ideas where i can find it?

I guess you can get those notifications back by going to start>>settings>>sounds and notifications>>"events"(check it) :)

edit: I didn't know that you were talking about that cab :o
