building for Korean

Hi, I know there's a lot of ways to make a Chinese and Japanese Rom...
is there any way I can build a Korean Version?
I have searched all the xda for cooking but had no chance...
There are quit some people using Hermes in Korea but seems no one had sucess in making one...
Can anyone teach me howto and I'll try building one for Koreans....
