Cheap or scam?

Hi all.
Surfing the web I came across this site:

I´m amazed with the prices,if you take a look at it,sounds really good and cheap....but it could be a scam.
Does anybody know about that website or that guy.

I would definitely say scam. I get emails that look nearly identical to that list quite often. All from different addresses, of course. ;)

Look at the very bottom of the main page of the forums, there´s plenty of this scams in the trash.

I´m already reading that forum,you are right,there´s a tone of trash n´scam.
