Keyboard Keys not responding correctly

For some strange reason the @ sign is where the ! sign is. The ? sign is where the @ sign is. And some other keys are screwed up. Does anyone know what can cause this? When capitalizing a letter it works fine. But the issue is the signs on the keyboards. And it is only the signs on the left side of the keyboard that are screwed up. Post count never causes problems, it is search count that matters. I have a feeling that if this were tracked it would read "Searches: 0".
Anyway, to the OP, use the google search link in my sig and search for something like:
Keyboard map hermes fix
