extract cab from o2 plus

Could somebody be kind enough to teach me how to extract and make cab file frm a cab file of o2 plus? because i just need this one only

I have extracted the dll & the registry frm /window but havent try installing it yet

I need this cab to. My friend give me the cab but after extrac the cab file gone and not working in WM5. I think this cab only works in WM6. Can sombody help to make cab in WM5? Thanks

anyone knows a program to edit cab file except from wince cab manager?my is expired and i cant reinstall it :/ (sry for my english :D)
