so i got a tomtom onev4 and im trying to sync it to my hermes so i can use tomtom plus services but the tomtom wont pick up the phone and the hermes picks up the tomtom in bluetooth profiles but whne i go to connect it i get connection failed on the phone side and on tomtom side "this phone does not support the features" meaning bluetooth..
