i disconected my universal from pc when it was runing with upgrading utility
and now whenever i try to run utility again it do not start can any one can tel wht should i do
please help me out

Hi,

You need to put your device into BootLoader mode, Hold the BackLight + PowerButton in, then keeping them held in press the reset button.

There will be no backlit display on the device but you will see "serial" on the screen. Connect the device to the computer and re-run the update. It should now work.

i don't understand those people!!!!
why on earth would you disconect your 1000euros Universal in the middle of the process, when it is clearly specified that you must not interup the upgrade process for anything in the world!!!!

it is a total mistery to me!
