Yes Start/settings/system/regional settings/time/timestyle

press the time style button for the drop down menu. Once you do this press the up/down arrow to acheive the setting that you desire. Try setting it on h:mm:ss tt. That will give you 12 hour time as in 8:00pm.Good luck

There must be some other issue going on then. I have had the same problem before and I solved it by doing a hard reset. I think I may have also done a soft reset another time and then went back to the previously mentioned path to change it back to the proper 12 hour setting. Are you able to see the up/down arrows from the drop down menu under timestyle?? If not try a soft reset first.

Make sure that you go into those settings and set your preference for timestyles even if it is correct right now. This seems to lock it in. you will know if it is going to happen again within 24 hours.

yes thats the trick, the scroll bar is too small to notice :o
