I am going to buy a 2G MicroSD, but I have read quite lots people saying that Sandisk and Kingston 2G are a bit thicker than 1G and they will be stuck in the card slot when u insert them.

But on the other hand, lots of people also saying that they are using Sandisk and Kingston 2G MicroSD without any problem.

That really make me very confused.

In my living area, what I could buy 2G MicroSD are Kingston (Made in Japan/Taiwan and China) , Sandisk (Made in China) , Toshiba (Made in Japan) and Transcend (Made in Taiwan)

Has anyone tried any of them before? Could u tell me how's the performance on X01HT?
Thanks a lot!

:D ;)

Hey man,

i'm currently using a sandisk 2.0gb microsd without any problem what-so-ever. I was under the impression that all microsd cards are of the same form factor and all are the same size. Maybe there is a label of some sort on some of them which makes them thick enough to get caught? My Sandisk does not have a label, just white print on the top of the card.

Thanks mate,

I might go for Sandisk or Kingston, but actually the price go up lately (so I need to wait...) and also some people said sandisk is a bit slower than other brand (except Ultra/II/Extreme Series). Do u think so?
Appreciated!

and,

for anyone who is looking for the best bang-for-buck, a 2gb PNY microsd from tigerdirect.com is only $32.

I used a 2gb PNY full-size SD in my treo for over 2 years, and never once had a problem.

I got a 2gb Kingston from Newegg for $26 including the shipping.

I have just checked price of kingston, 2G MicroSD in my area, now is US$25.5
But it was US$23
I am waiting for price drop....usually it drops every couple months here.
The current 1G Kingston I am using , it was $US10.3.
