p4350 urgent plz help

please help my htc fell and now the screen when it boots it says looking for sd card then it goes into a blue red and green screen saying spl 1.08.0001 and ipl 1.08.0001 please i dont know what is going on please help im like sitting by the pc looking at forums to see wa i can find but nothing so far

And is there a card in the SD-slot? If so, when you remove it, it still does that?

yah it still does it somehow i soft reseted and it worked but it went back i think its a bootloader or something i keep resetting but it keeps going back to that screen is there maybw something wrong with the os? im goin to try flashing it and see what happens
