Any word on Vodafone WM6 update yet?

Does anybody have (serious and reliable) proof that a vodafone wm6 update is coming?
I've talked with some vodafone tech people today and the told me they havent tested wm6 internally...:confused:

The ROM is in test and will be available somepoint towards the end of this month.

You might find that new devices start shipping with it before its ready for download.

I spoke to Vodfone UK yesterday and they said they were not releasing this as far as their tech people were concerned, I then spoke to Palm UK who also said the same! In fact the Vodafone tech people told me to go and download the ROM from Here!!

This smells like shit for Voda users. Solution: ROW ROM (If exists)

They basically said that they will not be releasing anything, the guy I spoke to had said that nothing had been announced internally, but I found articles that say it had.

Vodafone in UK?
Apparently Vodafone in NZ is going to release WM6 according to this post:

It messed up his Treo, but they apparently flashed it to WM6 for him.
