Bootloader fail

Tried to flash my Qtek by custom rom, but unsuccesfully :( How turn on the device in bootloader mode? Pressing down the "Record" and "Camera" button at the same time, but nothing happens, what i'm doing wrong?
P.S. Sorry for my bad English, i'm Russian.

Remove the battery for a few minutes then try again.

If you successfully flash your cumtomed ROM, would you please release it together with your way of flashing it? :D
