Which ROM to choose?

I am new to upgrading and I have only recently gotten my i-mate K-JAM.

There are so many ROM upgrades to choose from. I currently have the standard WM5, but I would like a ROM that will increase my K-JAM's speed and give it the look and features of WM6. I want it to be stable too.

Any suggestions on which ROM to choose?

Sean...the best answer for you is just to try them all until you find one you like. NBD 8.0 is good, TNT 4.0 is good...those are just two to start. But just remember to make sure your read the stickies on how to flash the rom to your device. Be sure you know if you have a G3 or G4 device before you proceed. Good Luck...and READ ALL THE INFO YOU CAN!

Click on the Google link in my signature and do a search for what you're looking for. You'll find MANY people have asked the same question and have got varying answers.

It's really just preference. You will probably want to try at least a few to see what you like the most. Usually the more popular ones are that way for a reason. ;)

First off, welcome!

Secondly, this question is asked once a week (do a search) and they always get the same answers:

It just depends on what you like. We can't tell you which one is best. The only way to know is to try try try. They are all WM6 and some might have additional programs/tweaks, some may not.

I have used several and, really, they are all about the same when you get down to it. I'm personally using the XDA one right now.

Yeah, I just looked at it. Seems good. It's also the most recently updated.
