I've tried a search but couldn't find anything that'd help me so...
I've just flashed my phone and it completed fine, rebooted and stuck on the first splash screen. Tried a soft reset and it stuck on the Windows Mobile splash screen, 5 mins later it's still there...
I've got HardSPL7 installed, so how can I flash the previous Rom I was using back onto the phone?
Ta :)
Off to have another search while I wait :)

Copy your chosen ROMs .nbh file to the root of your SD card and rename it to hermimg.nbh. Reset device in to bootloader and it should detect the hermimg.nbh and instruct you to press ther Power buton to update. Sometimes you need to go into bootloader a few times before it picks it up.

It is a good thing you have HardSPL v7 installed.
When this happened to me a while back, the best way to recover for me was to extract and copy the OS's .NBH file to the root of my SD card (formatted as FAT32) and naming it HERMIMG.NBH.
If you go into the boot screen (Pwr + OK + SR), you will get a prompt to start flashing the image. After the flash, my device was OK.
I am now using this method every time I flash my OS.
EDIT: Seems Maaron beat me to it.

I first used the SD method to fix a bad flash but now I use it evey time. It seems to flash much quicker this way and it doesn't matter what OS you have on your PC, whether you have incompatible USB controller, version of Activesync etc etc...

Had to do the radio the same way as it still wouldn't boot, but now back in action.

Out of interest, does the SD card have to be blank except for the image? Or can I just bung the .nbh on there and flash with loads of other stuff on the card?

The WIKI mentions to copy the nbh file on to a blank SD card but I have found it to work on my card containing numerous files and folders as long as it is in the root of the card.

I have tried that wicki (I was using schnaps and it has for some reason failed on booting after 2 weeks working fine...)
When i press the ok, power and reset buttons it takes me to a screen with red/green/blue/white bars (4 of them) showing
HERM100
IPL-1.04
HERM100
SPL-1.40.Olipro
I have done a flash of the SPL to http://www.mrvanx.org/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=38&Itemid=26&limit=1&limitstart=2
I did this and it said it was successful 2 weeks ago!
What can I do? Help!!!
EDIT: Did a hard reset by pushing the button above the start button, button above the ok button and hitting the reset with the stylus. This seems to have fixed the issue, but what worries me is that apparently hardspl v7 is not on there! :|
