transfer EVERYTHING to newly installed ROM ?

is there any way to transfer EVERYTHING to newly installed ROM from my previous ROM ? i have a WM6 ROM installed and i want to upgrade to another one but i dont want to lose my settings and application and data....any way to achieve this ? thanks.

There isn't a way to put everything back on it all at once. The best you can do is use pim backup and save your contacts, sms's, appointment's, etc. but there's nothing that will reinstall everything. I wish there was, I'd be cooking a new ROM every day instead of every few weeks due to the fact that it takes me a good 3 hrs to get everything back to the way I want it.
