Upgrading to WM6, Need to backup messaging

I'm thinking about upgrading to Windows Mobile 6. My big fear is loosing critical parts, such as all my current SMS messages, e-mails and Call Log. I've looked all over for them, and searched on here, but I can't find where they're stored.

I found a folder in \Windows\Messaging but there's only 2 files in there, and I don't think that's it.

Another question is: is there a backup software (or the free sprite backup) that will backup those things, as well as everything in \My Documents

Backup "PalmMsgV001" from \Windows\ and put it back after you've upgraded your device. I must say I don't know if it works from WM5 -> WM6. But they look very similar ;)

Did it with my 750 WM6 upgrade, SMS file was restored in it's entirety

Ahh.. thanks. I was thinking they'd show up as a directory.

Any thoughts on the call logs? I'm going to go look through the \windows folder see if I can't find anything interesting

I success backup sms on WM 5 and restore on WM 6.
