I've got I-mate kjam....
while I was updating with crossbow wm6 rom package rom update stopped at % 99 and auto resetted. now my k-jam is only four colour screen. in four colour screen right up writes RUU. IPL 2.16. SPL 2.16. How can I solve this problem please help me!!!!!!!!

wizard service tool can't help you because your phone is still in upgrading mode.

The RUU in the right up corner of the screen means the update process never finished. You must complete the process; try several times.
