Downgrade from WM6 back to WM5

Hi to all the Gurus in here,

I have upgrade my 838 PRO from WM5 to WM6.

i am using the official S.E.A ROM.

when i am using WM5 i used SPB Back up v1.6 to backup all my contacts, calendar and task, sms.

right now i want to "recover" all my contacts and task back but my phone doesnt allow me to do that. It only allows me to retrieve my sms and calendar but nothing else.

i try to downgrade back to the official WM5 ROM but again the PPC doesnt allow me to do that AGAIN.

therefore can the gurus in here, please teach me to downgrade back to WM5 so that i can get back all my contacts and tasks.

is it possible for me to retrive back my contacts and tasks ONLY?

with out all the hassles of going back to WM5?
