No sounds in a call

Hi,
This is my first post so would like to say a BIG HELLO to all of you. Guys, you're doing great job, keep it up.
I have a problem with my qtek 8500. There are no sounds on the earphone in a call. The persons can hear me but I can't here them. With headset everything is fine. When not in a call I can listen to the music, I can here all the sounds, so speaker phone is working fine. I hope You can help me. Is it a hardware or software problem?

Check if the switch does not stuck.. ..this happens sometimes. ;)

Sorry , but I'm not sure on what switch do you mean. Earpiece volume maybe?

The plug where you put the headset :)

I flashed it and it worked fine for 3-4 calls. Then again no sounds in call.

Everything looks fine with that plug. Anything else should I check?
