back light problem

Dear All,

I have Kjam with WM6.0 Faria Crossbow, and i am facing a big problem. The back light is always on and on a brightness level higher than 100% i.e. It is as bright as when you reset the device for th frist 10 sec. I made a hard reset and it didn't solve the problem then i downloaded the phone alarm software and i set the back light to 50% and it didn't solve the problem too. I installed WM TNT 3.0 and also the problem didn't sevled yet.
Please can any body help me

Sounds like it's a hardware issue if you've tried doing a hard reset and changing roms and it's still happening. If it's still under warranty you might want to return it.
