My universal is stopped after change radio 1.18

after change radio 1.18 up laurentis v7 my universl is stopped up initial image
Hard reset not work.
Re flash not work.

you have to search to some commands you can try.

1) Get Mtty tools.disconnect usb cable
2) open pc task manager and kill wcescomm.exe
3) reboot universal into bootloader mode
4) connect usb cable
5) run mtty
6) create new connection and select USB from ports
7) press enter to see USB prompt in mtty:
8) type (dont copy&paste):set 14 0 and press enter

then reboot Universal.

it should boot normally.
