can't flash ROM upgrade in vista

now i have windows vista in my laptop,i can't flash rom.all the other things can do.
can u help me

hey there, ive tried. but it never works. use an xp machine and it will run fine.

There is a process to allow you to flash in Vista, there is even a post about.
