atom exec wont go into bootloader mode

can anyone help me ? my atom exec is currectly now have cht wm5 , and i want to reflash to english version , but the phone wont go into bootloader mode , everytime we press button to go into bootloader mode , it will only go into diagnostic mode , can someone tell me what should i do?

wrong buttons. just press camera+reset only, if you include rec button, it will go into diagnostic mode.

same to problem help we pls and i just press camera+reset only but now working

um it should work
hold down camera and use a pencil to press that small tiny reset button on the bottom of the phone
btw why do u need to go into bootloader mode unless your phone is bricked in the first place(like mine)
tell me how it goes...does that chinese ROM work in bootloader mode?
