B&B 4.0 and bug in camera storage

:) Using the camera 4.11 included in new Tom's rom i noticed that the pictures are stored only if i take the photo in the normal camera mode.
In contact mode or other the camera seems to take the picture, but after i don't found them nowhere both in the main memory or in the storage card.
So associate a picture to a contact is impossible!
Someone in the forum noticed this bug or resolve it?
