OK... looks like the 1 touch soft reset thing was not really well received :o

Anyway, I found these and thought they could come handy to some people

1. DUN DEL CAB.cab <- Keep the .cab after install … same as the registry tweak /nodelete

2. Hide Sim Contact.cab <- Hide SIM contact in Contact... Same as the registry tweak ShowSIM=0

3. Today Screen Bottom Bar.CAB <- Set any program that you like in Today’s bottom bar

4. G4 SIP Tweak.cab <- Hide unused SIP and Set startup SIP... Very useful little thing to actually help you start with your fav. input method... As most people realize, if you set other SIPs as default you will end up with a hard reset. But with this you do not have to worry about that anymore! NOTE: Only make this change to G4 SIP Startup Changer (which will be located in your Programs) ... DO NOT MAKE THE CHANGE USING G4 SIP HIDE (this will be located in Settings)... If you make other SIP as default in G4 SIP HIDE... you will have to hard reset!

At the moment I am using Monster Chinese as default without any problem... So you can trust me! :D (I made it as default before using this tweak 2 days ago and ended up having to hard reset it... :eek: )

hmm how do you use the Today Screen Bottom Bar.CAB? installed but cant seem to find it...

Hello, I tried Hide SIM contat on my WM6.1 but sim contacts still appear.
I also tried to manually modify the registry but even though I set to 0 the "ShowSIM" DWORD value, at next boot the value is set to 1 once again.

Please tell me how to uninstall that cab file. I can't remove that "application" (I know is only a registry modify) from "Remove application" panel in Settings.

ShowSim value is rewritten after each reset by sddaemon.exe. Delete sddaemon.lnk in StartUp folder and sim contacts stay hidden even after restart.

one more thing: and to uninstall the cab file I installed? I just want to modify the registry without having cab files doing what I can simply do manually modifying the registry.

I try the "hide sim contact" on my Elf 128/64, it removed the sim contacts from the contact list ok, but my green background color on todaysreen vent blue??
How i go back to green.....

Ok, it work now, i change theme to windows default and then back to win.mobile 6.1 again!!
