Boot stops at IPL/SPL screen!!

Ok, so I was flashing a rom(blackdiamond 1.0) via shelltool and THANKS TO WINXP, it went into it's powersaver mode and logged out.
The phone ended up being half-flashed.
Now, when I boot my phone, it stops in the IPL/SPL screen with the Wizard Love background(which was my original rom).

I soft reset, and it goes back to the same screen and hangs.

I hard reset and it does exactly the same thing.

Any advice?

False alarm folks!

After reading another post, I put it into bootloader mode with Camera + Power and even though the computer(activesync) doesn't recognize it, it allowed me to flash the wizard rom.
