Sure.

Every time i flash my Hermes, i unlock the extended, and use as storage. After this i install TomTom 6 in extended and works fine for me :)

Also i install some other soft in the extended (TT6 only takes 5Mb ;) )

i select extended rom ed then installation exit normally....
The problem is that tomtom is installed ever in normal memory (under program files)....

Well, seems the version you are using don't allow to install in other than main memory. But the version 6.0.30 i use works fine for me in the extended :D

Find the CAB for the installation of your TomTom and take a look to the properties with Win CE CabManager.

You can't. Every time you launch TomTom, look and create this files and folders...What version do you have?

TTN6, once i found a proggy named appmover, this one can do it, but it was too complicated for me to use.
