From WM6 to WM5

I'm Italian (excuse me for my English) and I have an I-mate SP5.
If I install the new WM6 BETA then I can return to WM5? How?
Can I use the officiall I-mate update?

the rom was basically done in such a way that it was simple to install (relatively) and simple to revert back to wm5 if you so wanted to do so
