Cingular 3125 trouble

i have a cingular 3125, when after battery its refuse to switch on and can take fews days for. now after removing again its battery its switch off and cannot powering it.
what is it ? is it a bugg ?
can i flash it to resolve this bugg ?
any advice will be appreciated.

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking, but I'll answer you as best as I can.

The device needs the back cover to power on. Ensure that the batter is in securely and the back cover is on properly and securely with nothing blocking the metal strips on either side of the inside. If you back cover appears damaged, it may have damaged these and is interfering. You'll need a new back cover then.
