GSM 02.71.90
OS 1.11.0.0 CHS

Only chance to unbrick with an official RUU in your language - i guess chineese.

Try to Hard-reset first! press and hold the two soft-key buttons, and press soft reset with stylus
(keep holding the two soft keys) If this does not work, the only chance you have is a Chinese RUU like papamopps said
