Need help phone is dead.

I was on att site looking at the plans, what's funny they had plans with unlimited incoming calls. So I called about what they had on the site, they said they didn't have that but my phone is stuck on it and a soft reset won't work, I can't turn my phone off or nothing, what's the problem ?

i have a simple fix - take the battery out. then put it back in. "power cycling" usually works when a soft reset doesnt work. good luck

I don't know has anyone had this problem but when I take the battery and put it back it go to the same screen after it loads up. I don't know what I did but something is seriously wrong .

Next step is hard reset.

What screen are you stuck on? If you deny the phone power, it cannot come back to the we browser?
