I-Mate PDAL

This is my first post here! I apologize in advance if the section is wrong. The problem here is that I have an I-MATE PDAL. I have been trying everything to "unhide" and Unlock the ExtROM.
It would be very thankful if anyone could guide me to this.

It cannot be unlocked, but surely can b unhide.Pls search forum/wiki..the solution works..tested by me.before doing this, pls read the manual as how to hard reset, as u might like to do.

Thanks, but could you be more specific as I am really new here. Sorry if this bothers you. I tried to search your post but so far I think i am doing something wrong.
