installin nes on t wing

somebody please help me app unlock the t-mobile wing so i can install nes on it. i have been searching forums on how to do but everything seems so confusing becuz its explained using the dash. Some have a clear explanation on how to do it with the wing as far as app unlocking and adding the nes emulator? please help

If this does'nt work do a search for "application unlock" as you can change registry settings with a reg editor.
