I first used:
Olipro :> Mount ExtROM for Writing without SuperCID
Copied all the contents of the ExtRom to my Desktop,
deleted cabs I didn't want
Then I used:
HTC Extended ROM Image Editor, or Using Extended ROM without CID Unlock.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=303049
Added the Cabs I wanted.
Then used Duttys Tool to convert to NBH
then Flashed. (ExtRom Only)

Sorry for noob question, but is there any tool around which
is able to open an extended_rom.nb file to extract the apps
without having to flash the rom? Sorry if this is a dumb question though :o

Ummm, thanks a lot!! It works!! I had this one already in version 0.9.0.5
which seems more up to date for me, but with this one you could not open
the extended rom, but only create a new one
So with this version 0.9.0.1 opening and extracting worked like a charm...
Many thanks again
