Problem with upgrading

I have a problem with the upgrading of my Qtek 2020/HTC Himalaya. I've found an upgrade for the Himalaya with the folowing files:

HimaUpgradeUt.exe
ms_.nbf
nk.nbf
Radio_.nbf
xda2nbftool.exe

I have changed the nbf files according to the wiki on this site. After changing, I tried to run HimaUpgradeUt.exe which worked fine untill this screen:

The bar won't go further than 0%
After a minute or so I get this message:

I've search on Google and on this site, but I can't find how to solve the problem. Does anybody have an idea how I can update my Himalaya?

is your device in bootloader mode when you try to flash?
if not put it in bootloader mode first

and of cause make sure it's recieving power while the upgrade is taking place

you can also try using the
HimaUpgradeUt_noId.exe tool

Thanks! I didn't know the phona is supposed to be in bootloader mode, when I tried it, it worked immidediately.

But it's not work in bootloader mode or somewere else.

Please help, I have a trouble when I upgrde my XDA II, now it is only Serial v1. 06 in the screen. I can do nothing with my XDA II. Please help...please help how to fix it.....
