Hard SPL for Herald

I search trough the internet but i only found Hard SPL for other HTC devices, my question is why there is nobody working on a hard SPL for the herald. Maby Herald isn't a very populair phone? I guess not. Maby the makers of the other hard SPL for other HTC devices can make one for the herald? What do YOU think? :D
