G4 CID locked issue

One thing I am confused is that How do I know that whether my G4 is CID locked or not?

1>e.g. I asked this because say I bought the G4 from another seller 2nd hand. I don't know whether he has Cid unlocked or not

2>e.g. I just used the aWizzard tool to upgraded my G4 from wm5 to wm6. During the process there was one phase --- CID unlocking, after which it told me that my deviced had been successfully CID unlocked. Does that mean that I have a CID unlocked G4 for ever?

3>If I have a CID unlocked Wizzard whatever G3 or G4, does this mean that I will be very safe to flash any rom to my device, if we don't consider the bricking thing made by human or operation errors?

Just use mtty1.42 and launch "info 2"
if it appears like this

info 2

It is unlocked

How to launch info 2??

I have mtty1.42.exe, i run it and then i get setting open port settings. click Ok.

And then what??

Then, in the open windows, you have only to write
info 2
and enter

wait for the reply
and have a look to see if your wizard is CIDlocked or not

Thanks mate. I will have try after 3 hours when I get back home.
Do I need to turn off the ActiveSync when using the Mtty?

Btw, I can only find MTTY1.0 in XDA-Developers. Is it possible for
you to upload a 4.2 and attach it here.
