Need Help, This Bug or not

i already flash my universal with several rom.but i have few problem like :
- batery low, few minute after i charge to full.
- ask to enter the name of device driver.
- screen sometime bright it self
- all programs error.
but it back to normal when i close the message folder.....

guys please help me...............

1st flash the original ROM
and flash your final ROM.
may be alright
