Bluetooth Dongle Problem

since i flashed the 4.0.0.6 touch rom i dont get the add new port in the bluetooth pairing settings..
i need to pair with my laptop in which i put a usb bluetooth dongle, but i cannot browse my cell or my laptop...
anybody knows why?

have you enabled Receive all incoming beams in the Beam setting under connections?

ya i did.. and i can pair but i cant add a newport or anything!
