Disable Pocket IE Hard Button

Is there a way i can disable the TOP RIGHT Pocket Internet Explorer Button on my i-mate JASJAM (HERMES) ?
The button has become extra sensitive and whenever i put the phone to my ear, it loads IE.

Maybe if you actually looked around in the settings section you'd find something ?:rolleyes:

settings, buttons, choose PIE, unassign the command. I believe.
